About

Jose L. Laureano Ramos (JL) is the founder of Lauramus Solutions Group in Murrieta, California. He works as a fractional technical program manager for big companies and builds applications in-house. Before founding LSG, he spent more than 20 years in MedTech product leadership at Baxter, Medtronic, and Johnson & Johnson, most recently leading commercial analytics and insights for corporate accounts in electrophysiology. He has owned product backlogs for development teams shipping regulated software and led platform rollouts used by thousands. He holds an Executive MBA from UCLA Anderson. Bilingual in English and Spanish. An endurance athlete, he tracks his training and glucose data the same way he runs programs: measured, and adjusted early.
